Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Senior Graphics Engineer to lead high-end graphic design, videography, and multimedia production for CPE IEW&S needs. Responsibilities include driving art direction, storyboard development, and executive communication visuals.

You will develop print and digital materials, oversee production with brand compliance, and coordinate with event planners and stakeholders. A strong background in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphics design or related field and 10+ years in public affairs or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in graphics, videography, and related design.
• An Associate’s degree with 15+ years experience can substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

Title: Senior Graphics Engineer

Clearance Type: Secret

Scope: Provide senior-level graphics support, driving creative art direction, high-end motion video concept design, and the production of print and multi-media products uniquely tailored to CPE IEW&S needs. Demonstrate advanced expertise in graphic design software, including Microsoft Office products, Adobe cloud and/or equivalent tools, ensuring consistent brand application across all media.

Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

• Lead the creation and execution of compelling visual concepts and creative strategies across print, digital, and motion media, ensuring adherence to brand standards and organizational objectives.
• Develop and oversee the production of print graphics integrated with high-end motion video and animation projects, ensuring seamless visual storytelling.
• Independently design and produce strategic and executive-level communication materials supporting senior leaders, incorporating clear and impactful messaging.
• Direct the development of storyboards, scripts, and creative planning documents to guide multimedia and video production teams.
• Create and provide illustrations, drawings, and other print artwork.
• Provide photographs, charts, diagrams, maps, slides, overlays, and other kinds of visual material for use in communicating information.
• Coordinate and lead conference graphic support, including planning, development, and placement of printed materials, signage, exhibits, and other event visuals in collaboration with event planners and stakeholders.
• Manage technical graphic design deliverables related to industrial design, architecture, drafting, and environmental branding, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Lead budget development and cost management for graphic production and environmental branding initiatives; serve as the primary liaison with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants for graphic-related services. Provide expert review and quality assurance for all graphic outputs, maintaining compliance with Army and CPE IEW&S branding and technical standards.
• Provide backup support to web design, development, and maintenance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree - Graphics design, computer information systems, Commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, videography/video editing, visual communication, or other fields related to the position. A minimum of 10 (10) years’ experience in public affairs/public relations or a related field is required.
• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the field of graphics, videography, and/or other design relevant experience is required.
• Can be substituted with an Associate’s Degree and minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in the field of graphics and design. Additional years’ experience can substitute for field of study.
