Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in brand, agency, or design studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing elevated art direction and visual design.
• Expert-level typography, layout, composition, and brand identity skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from initial concept through final production across digital and print.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and compelling brand creative.
• Create design systems, templates, and guidelines maintaining consistency across channels.
• Bring a strong point of view to typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and cross-functional partners.
• Present design concepts and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of trends, especially fashion, athletics, motorsports, and performance brands.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative culture.
