Job summary

You will work closely with the Creative Director to own campaigns, mentor junior designers, and develop design systems that ensure visual consistency and brand elevation across fashion, motorsports, and performance-driven contexts.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing excellence in art direction and visual design.
• Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across channels and product categories.
• Strong, elevated design direction with a modern aesthetic across visual storytelling and brand environments.
• Expert understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity systems.
• Experience across advertising, marketing, brand development, sales promotion, and digital media communications.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with multiple projects and tight deadlines.

• End-to-end creative process from concept to production with strong storytelling.
• Capability to present to executives and align on goals.
