Amazon Leo Industrial Design seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual experience of our customer-facing hardware. You will lead graphics for packaging, installation guides, and branded merchandise, translating complex technical information into clear, premium visuals across print and digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, digital communications design, visual arts, mass communications, art, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hardware packaging and inserts design for premium customer experiences.
• Create installation guides, manuals, illustrations, and iconography that simplify hardware installation.
• Own print production artwork, dielines, color management, and proofs; liaise with factory production teams and suppliers.
• Develop executive presentations, infographics, diagrams, posters, and visual storytelling assets for hardware teams and senior leadership.
• Design graphics for apparel, patches, stickers, promotional materials, and team swag; supervise production with external vendors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate, intuitive, and visually consistent solutions.
• Adapt packaging and documentation for international markets and multilingual layouts.
• Manage projects from concept through manufacturing while maintaining high design quality.
