Bio Creative Labs in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Senior Graphic Designer with strong consumer goods experience to join the marketing team. You will own projects from concept to completion, delivering packaging, branding, and digital assets with minimal direction.

The role requires independence, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage packaging, retail materials, and content across channels, including Amazon.

Formación

• 5+ years of design experience in consumer goods, preferably personal care or beauty.
• Understanding of flexographic and digital printing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and high design standards.
• Able to take initiative and deliver with little oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Create packaging and labels from concept through production, including dielines and print-ready files
• Design and manage Amazon and digital content (graphics, banners, A+ content)
• Produce retail-facing materials such as displays, shelf talkers, signage, and sell sheets
• Lead logo development and branding for new product launches
• Build retailer presentations and marketing decks
• Generate and manage UPCs and related artwork files
• Utilize AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney) to enhance creative output
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all brand visuals
