Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to drive broad conceptual exploration and produce final design assets for consumer branding, including Amazon listings, A+ content, and storefronts.

Under the guidance of the Art Director, you will shape creative direction, lead projects for key partners, mentor Junior and Mid-level Designers, and strengthen your own leadership capabilities while aligning with brand goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design and a strong portfolio in branding and packaging.
• 7–10 years’ experience in an agency setting; experience mentoring junior staff.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts for Amazon product listings, A+ content, and storefronts.
• Promote and protect creative integrity throughout the process.
• Track design trends and identify opportunities to expand approaches.
• Conduct brand research to deliver assets resonating with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to iterate on designs.
• Maintain organized file management for consistent workflows.
• Create visual presentations communicating concepts and decisions.
