Qualifications

• 8+ years driving creative strategy and execution in agency or in‑house teams.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and typography across digital/print.
• Portfolio showing strong visual design and advertising across media.
• 7+ years in art direction or brand design in creative contexts.
• Experience using Figma and reusable components.
• Experience coordinating with external and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through execution and raise the design bar.
• Lead global campaigns, digital experiences, illustrations, and branded merchandise.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, producers, and storytellers.
• Experiment with AI and emerging tools to scale the brand.
• Build brand systems and Figma libraries for global teams.
