Job summary

Blue Heron Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to bring the brand to life across print, digital, sales, events, and environmental applications. You will translate creative direction and objectives into polished design solutions that support the integrated design-build business and customer experience.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Art Direction, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Figma or comparable digital design tools.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, imagery, and brand systems knowledge.
• Experience producing creative work for print and digital applications.
• Understanding of print production, file prep, and vendor specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation development.
• Attention to detail and visual quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication and feedback handling.
• Collaborative, adaptable working style.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative assets across digital, social, print advertising, direct marketing, email, presentations, signage, events, and sales materials.
• Translate established creative direction and objectives into visual solutions reflecting the Blue Heron brand.
• Apply typography, layout, composition, imagery, and visual hierarchy across projects.
• Create illustrations, graphics, templates, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Protect brand consistency by aligning deliverables with Blue Heron standards.
