Job summary

Blue Heron is seeking a Graphic Designer to bring its brand to life across print, digital, sales, events, and environmental applications. You will translate direction into polished visuals and maintain brand standards while supporting the Marketing and Creative teams.

You will develop assets for campaigns, presentations, and events, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, production-ready deliverables that elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong typography, layout, imagery, and brand systems understanding.
• Experience producing work for print and digital applications.
• Knowledge of print production and vendor specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and presentations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality assets across digital, social, print, and environmental applications.
• Translate creative direction and objectives into visual solutions reflecting the brand.
• Create illustrations, graphics, templates, and visuals using design tools.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and external partners.
• Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of projects.
