Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Brand Designer based in the United States to lead hands-on creative execution across digital, print, and physical channels. You will develop complete creative suites for campaigns, product launches, and customer experiences, ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint.

You will work with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality assets on schedule while balancing creative exploration with practical execution.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of hands-on experience in graphic design or brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end creative suite development across campaigns, websites, digital advertising, social media, and print.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, emails, digital ads, and product interfaces; ability to hand off to developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field; equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across channels.
• Translate briefs into concepts; collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams.
• Adapt assets for digital, social, email, websites, print, and outdoor formats.
• Design high-performing digital ads, emails, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and evolve the website’s visual identity and user experience.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to produce content.
• Oversee production, manage timelines, and juggle multiple projects.
