Job summary

Terra Group is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. This role focuses on shaping the visual expression for Terra's luxury real estate developments and portfolio. You will translate brand strategy into print, digital, social, and experiential communications.

The position is full-time and in-office at Terra’s corporate office in Miami, with collaboration across SVP Marketing and project teams to ensure premium design standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in graphic design or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional graphic design/art direction experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating art direction and design across multiple platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong typography, composition, layout and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design creative materials based on project briefs, brand standards, objectives and deadlines.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, signage and digital collateral.
• Translate strategies into thoughtful visual concepts and compelling ideas.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, layouts and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand integrity.
