Job summary

Terra's in-house Marketing team seeks a highly creative Graphic Designer to translate brand strategy into sophisticated visuals across print, digital, social, presentation, and experiential applications. This is a full-time, in-office position based at Terra’s corporate office in Miami, working closely with the SVP of Marketing, managers, and external agencies to maintain high design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional graphic design/art direction experience
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating sophisticated art direction and design across multiple platforms and formats
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Exceptional typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Manage and design the conceptualization, development and execution of creative materials based on project briefs, brand standards, strategic objectives, and established deadlines
• Manage and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertising, signage, invitations, and digital assets
• Translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into thoughtful visual concepts
• Develop initial concepts, mood boards, layouts and design directions and present ideas to stakeholders
• Create compelling presentations for developments, pitches, RFPs, executive meetings and sales materials
• Adapt and extend visual assets and brand systems across Terra’s marketing applications
