Job summary

Beam Organics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead brand identity and performance creative across web, email, SMS, social, Amazon, and print. You will shape Beam's visual language during a major rebrand and a national retail launch.

You’ll mentor junior designers, build design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, strong portfolio in brand + performance work, and comfort with high-volume requests are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience, ideally in-house at a DTC or CPG brand, with wellness/beauty/food&beverage as a plus.
• Portfolio showing brand identity and performance creative across social, email, SMS, web, Amazon, retail and print.
• Experience rolling out a rebrand or new identity system and building reusable templates.
• Performance-minded design with data-driven decisions and conversion focus.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with print/retail production; motion skills a plus.
• Experience mentoring designers or freelancers; capable of independent work and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend Beam's new brand identity across every channel during the rebrand.
• Concept and design performance creative for paid social, landing pages, and retention campaigns.
• Support the internal design request queue end to end.
• Build and maintain Beam's design systems.
• Lead and mentor junior designers when applicable.
