Job summary

Czarnowski Display Service, Inc. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual communications across print, digital, environmental, and social media. You will mentor junior designers and contribute to creative excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Lead design projects from concept through production, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints while collaborating with production, marketing, and strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio across print, digital, environmental and social media design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Motion graphics and video editing experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Experience developing large-format graphics, experiential environments, tradeshow exhibits, or event branding is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative creative concepts and design solutions across multiple mediums.
• Design marketing collateral, presentations, event graphics, environmental graphics, and large-format applications.
• Translate strategic objectives into engaging visual communications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers; collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
