Czarnowski is one of the four studios of the Czarnowski Collective. It combines operations, strategy, design, and fabrication to create exhibits and events that engage communities, generate brand enthusiasm, and educate consumers. Czarnowski is seeking a Junior 3D Designer to support design within our Plano Design Studio. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer with strong design fundamentals and a real passion for experiential design—spatial storytelling, and a curiosity for how a guest moves through and experiences a space. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of exhibit design, along with general design intent and execution methodology, and is hungry to learn and grow—including exploring AI tools to help generate and refine 3D visuals.
