Czarnowski Display Service, Inc. is seeking an Art Director to guide visual narratives across experiential, digital, and print platforms. You will champion storytelling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure cohesive brand expression across campaigns and environments.

The role blends 2D design, digital design, and experiential strategy to shape how brands are experienced in events, spaces, and content. Strong leadership and a passion for innovation are essential.

Qualifications

• BFA in design or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and XD.

Responsibilities

• Transform strategic insights into visual narratives across experiential, digital, and print.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop visual ideas for activations and environments.
• Create immersive experiential design for events, installations, and brand activations.
• Design high-impact 2D assets for environmental graphics, signage, and print materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across experiential, environmental, and digital channels.
• Oversee multiple design projects with timelines, priorities, and resources.
