The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to concept, design, and execute high-quality visuals that align with our brand strategy. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with photographers, and lead organization-wide visual initiatives on a Mac platform.

Ideal candidates bring a design degree, 5+ years of related experience, and an advanced portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, digital campaigns, and video production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising and digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI tools.
• Experience with photography, digital asset production, PowerPoint templates, and print production.
• Knowledge of interactive design, CMS, animation, and digital media.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines; ability to work in brand standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual assets aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead and manage design projects from inception to completion on a Mac platform.
• Direct and collaborate with photographers for planned shoots.
• Lead organization-wide visual design initiatives including brand site updates and asset management.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects on schedule and within budget.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and strengthen brand identity.
• Work under tight deadlines as part of a production calendar.
