Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an Art Director for a 6-month contract in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days onsite weekly to lead adaptation of national campaigns into market-specific, multi-channel creatives for a growing retail footprint.

You will guide in-house campaigns, translate strategy into local visual design, and collaborate with copy and strategy teams to maintain brand voice across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with graphic and print design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Scale centralized store campaigns across 100+ stores, translating strategy into localized messaging and visual design for both internal and external communications.
• Work closely with a copy lead and strategist to align voice, tone, and relevance for each market.
• Support the creative lead in rollout planning and market prioritization.
