Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Content Suite, collaborating with the creative studio on daily execution and production of assets for emails, social ads, banners, and brochures. You’ll work under our Art Director and brand team to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality visuals.

The role emphasizes platform-wide design across multiple formats, with a strong portfolio and proven typography/layout skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Express.
Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma) and basic motion graphics (After Effects).
Strong portfolio with typography, layout, color theory and real-world deliverables.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary graphic designer working with the Art Director and brand team on a large number of assets.
Apply brand guidelines and design system meticulously across all deliverables.
Prepare flawless final files for print production and digital publishing across formats.
Partner with project managers, copywriters and brand teams from brief to final execution.
Incorporate stakeholder and regulatory feedback quickly to meet creative and legal requirements.
