In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the overall patient and member experience through impactful design solutions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to design print and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
• Assist in modifying existing assets to meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Perform quality control checks to maintain design integrity and consistency across all materials.
• Prepare materials for final production, including file preparation and archiving graphics for future use.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
• Provide support for general office responsibilities within the Marketing Department, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WordPress, and HTML.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project requirements.
