Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Sr. Graphic Design Manager to provide creative leadership and strategic direction for a team of designers, overseeing development of high-impact visual solutions that elevate the KeHE brand.

You will lead publications, creative projects across digital and print, and collaborate with Advertising, Communications, and Event Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and excellence. The role aligns with KeHE’s mission and Civility Code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual communications or related field.
• 8+ years of graphic design experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, evolve, and implement KeHE’s brand strategy across all channels of the organization.
• Partner with Advertising, Marketing, and Event teams to ensure all creative outputs reinforce the organization’s brand positioning and voice.
• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Lead the strategic planning and overseeing the development of high-impact visual projects across digital (website, social, email), print, and experiential channels—including trade shows and events—ensuring alignment with enterprise brand strategy, business objectives, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Oversee and manage the creation of all the publications both digital and printed to ensure they are on time and accurate.
