Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Creative Manager to define and deliver a cohesive creative vision across a multi-brand portfolio, ensuring packaging, digital, print and experiential materials are on strategy, on brand, and driving commercial results.

You will lead a small internal creative team, partner with Product Development, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, and manage external agencies to elevate brand storytelling and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing external partners.
• Ability to translate business objectives into cohesive brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall creative vision across all brand touchpoints.
• Oversee packaging design and development for Exclusive Brands.
• Lead creative strategy for major trade shows and events.
• Manage a small internal creative team and external partners.
• Develop sales assets and collateral to support retailer presentations.
• Stay ahead of design trends and apply new ideas to brand impact.
