Job summary

Jolly Family Company, LLC in Everett, WA is seeking a design leader to oversee graphic design operations across Everett and Lancaster. This onsite role focuses on quality, production-ready output, and team performance through coaching, standardized workflows, and continuous improvement.

You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise the design team, develop SOPs, and ensure designs meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• BFA in Art, Graphic Arts, or related preferred.
• At least 3 years in graphic design.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory role in graphic design.
• Project management and managerial experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong design sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day graphic design operations for Everett and Lancaster teams.
• Create and modify vinyl and full-color graphics for production readiness.
• Review and approve designs for accuracy and customer specifications.
• Prepare artwork for output to media and QA signage before production.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the design team.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and standardized workflows across locations.
• Communicate updates and priorities via Slack and email.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams.
