Job summary

FASTSIGNS Everett, Lancaster, York is seeking a Supervisor, Graphic Design to lead operations across its Lancaster, PA and Everett, WA locations in an on-site, full-time capacity.

You will organize production-ready design work, uphold standardized workflows, and guide a unified team to deliver high-quality signage graphics while coordinating with production, sales, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of graphic design experience.
• 1 to 3 years supervisory experience in graphic design.
• 1 to 3 years in a production graphic design role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; BFA in Art, Graphic Arts, or related discipline highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hiring and training for the design department.
• Organize day-to-day work and schedules for design team members across both locations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to design team members.
• Review and approve designs for accuracy, quality, and customer specifications.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs and workflows across both locations.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to support project alignment.
