Kids for the Future seeks a Supervisor, Graphic Design to lead and coordinate design operations across Everett and Lancaster. You will ensure production-ready graphics, enforce SOPs, and drive team performance through coaching and training.

The role collaborates with production, sales, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate execution while maintaining clear communication across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BFA preferred in art/graphic disciplines.
• 3+ years in graphic design; 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Everett and Lancaster design operations and production readiness.
• Develop vinyl and full‑color graphics compliant with specs.
• Review designs for accuracy, quality, and customer specs.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
