Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Sponsored Projects Administrator to manage the full grant lifecycle—from pre-award support to award set-up, reporting, and closeout. You will coordinate with PIs, department administration, program staff, compliance, legal, and grants accounting to ensure financial accuracy and oversight.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in sponsored projects administration, knowledge of funding regulations, and proficiency with grants management systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sponsored projects administration.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and foundation funding regulations.
• Proficiency with grants management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full grant lifecycle from pre-award to post-award.
• Support budget preparation, compliance checks and sponsor reporting.
• Ensure adherence to institutional and sponsor requirements and prepare audits documentation.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track funding trends and performance metrics.
