Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full grant lifecycle from pre-award to closeout.
• Coordinate with PIs, department administration, program staff, compliance, legal, and grants accounting.
• Identify funding opportunities and interpret sponsor guidelines.
• Support proposal development, including budget preparation, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate internal approvals and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Facilitate award acceptance and set-up with grants accounting and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost-share commitments for accuracy.
• Prepare and submit financial and progress reports to sponsors.
• Manage award modifications and keep closeout documentation for audits.
• Maintain records of proposals and awards and generate performance dashboards.
