Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Senior Grant Specialist for the Department of Energy's NNSA program in Washington, DC. The role focuses on project management, acquisition, and administration of broad agency grants, contracts, and vehicles.

You will provide analysis, prepare reports, and coordinate with senior DOE/NNSA and contractor managers to ensure deliverables meet high standards and deadlines in a dynamic federal environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience supporting federal acquisition processes.
• Familiar with FAR, GAAP, and cost/price analysis.
• Experience with government regulations (FTR/JFTR, Fly America Act) and travel compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management, acquisition, and administration activities for grants/contracts.
• Provide business analysis recommendations and reports for the project.
• Interface with senior DOE/NNSA and contractor managers to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
