Qualifications

• Experience managing grants, cooperative agreements, or financial assistance throughout the full lifecycle.
• Ability to perform cost/price analyses, budget reviews, and audit resolutions to ensure allowability and reasonableness.
• Knowledge of federal statutes/regulations (Uniform Guidance/2 CFR 200) and related directives for award compliance.
• Skill in negotiating award terms, budgets, cost-sharing structures, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of financial assistance awards and administer grants and agreements.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to verify allowability, allocability, and reasonableness of recipient costs.
• Interpret and apply federal regulations to ensure compliance and resolve financial issues.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate post-award actions to address non-compliance and modifications.
