Qualifications

• Minimum seven years’ of progressive experience in research administration.
• Experience in grant and contract administration including pre- and post-award activities.
• Knowledge of federal cost principles, research compliance and funding agency policies.
• Ability to manage staff, provide coaching and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-award grant and contract administration for the Department of Internal Medicine.
• Collaborate with the SPA to represent the Department to funding agencies.
• Oversee financial and budgeting activities for grants and contracts.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to budgets and awards.
• Serve as primary resource for pre- and post-award activities and provide leadership to staff.
