The City of New York's Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS) seeks a Senior Associate Director to lead the expansion of the City Council Discretionary grant management pilot. You will coordinate with City agencies and vendors, develop policies, and guide execution to drive efficiency and transparency in procurement operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience engaging multiple City stakeholders to align on policy and program delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the expansion of the City Council Discretionary grant management pilot across City agencies and vendors.
• Engage key stakeholders (City Council, City Hall, Law Department, Comptroller, agencies) to develop policies, procedures and an implementation plan.
• Develop staffing plans and manage the grant management team at MOCS.
• Advise leadership on priorities, cross‑functional initiatives, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, analyses and recommendations to support decision making.
