Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Denver seeks a Grants and Development Manager to oversee pre- and post-award activities, including proposal development, budgeting, and reporting, in collaboration with leadership and RAM/finance teams.

This hybrid role covers private donor relations, events, and resource development, with emphasis on meticulous documentation, compliance, and coordination with IRC HQ and local partners to maximize funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in nonprofit management or related field.
• Five+ years of nonprofit or public sector development experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre- and post-award activities: concept notes, proposals, budgets, and compliance.
• Coordinate with RAM, finance, and leadership to align donor requirements and grant terms.
• Support resource development, donor relations, events, and in-kind donations.
