Clark County seeks a Senior Grants Coordinator in the Clinical & Community Services Department to lead grant development, applications, tracking and reporting. You will supervise staff, monitor compliance, and coordinate with county departments and external funding partners to strengthen grant performance and sustainability.

This role reports to the Administrative Services Manager and contributes to timely, compliant grant operations across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration or related field; four years of full-time professional grant administration experience.
• Experience in a public agency setting and project or program leadership is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and oversight for grant development, applications, tracking and reporting.
• Monitor grant compliance and prepare fiscal and programmatic reports.
• Coordinate with county departments and external funding partners to strengthen grant performance and sustainability.
• Lead staff in grant management activities and ensure adherence to funding requirements.
• Develop and process grant applications and related funding requests; track activities and reporting.
