Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager & Data Analyst to support grants management operations, reporting, and analytics across the organization. You will liaison between grants stakeholders, technical teams, and business analysts to ensure data accuracy and develop dashboards for leadership.

The role emphasizes data mapping, ELT processes, and reporting using SQL, PowerBI, and Snowflake, with collaboration across Finance, Compliance, IS, and Grants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Allied Health, or related field.
• 3-5 years related work experience.
• 1-3 years of multiple application maintenance with relational databases.
• Advanced technical computer skills for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more complex data projects using hospital systems and database applications to update and analyze data.
• Maintains integrity and quality of data and supports data collection criteria; trains staff.
• Ensures application access is in compliance with regulatory practices and defines user access.
• Collaborates with IS to maintain applications used for data collection and reporting; recommends tools and upgrades.
• Designs and develops reporting and analysis tools; prepares and presents comprehensive reports.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports/dashboards for the department.
