Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business with 2-3 years of progressive work experience in Grant/Contract Management or Policy Administration.
• Familiarity with Federal Rules and Regulations 23 CFR 1300 and 2 CFR 200.
• Experience in grant management and fiscal oversight.
• Ability to analyze behavioral data for grant awards.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of grant management for assigned program areas including fiscal oversight and monitoring.
• Reviews grant funding requests for applicability and compliance.
• Writes grant agreements, scope of work, and amendments to meet regulatory requirements.
• Verifies expenditures and prepares vouchers and reports; maintains documentation.
