Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • CPA, CGFM, MBA, MPA, or related professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead grant accounting functions and supervise staff.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review grant-related financial reports and SEFA schedules.
  • Manage audits and corrective action plans.
  • Improve financial reporting workflows and system functionality.
