Job summary

The Heartland Fund is a fully remote grantmaking organization focused on rural communities, democracy, and climate solutions. This role manages the full grants lifecycle, maintains grant records, and supports compliance and reporting, enabling meaningful impact across programs.

The ideal candidate has extensive grants management experience in the social sector and proven project management skills, with a strong ability to operate in a fully remote, collaborative environment and deliver timely

• 4+ years in the social sector and grants management experience.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills and strong project management.
