Qualifications

• 10+ years grading experience in commercial and/or residential projects.
• 5+ years supervisory experience on grading crews.
• Experience operating motor grader and related heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead grading crews on site.
• Coordinate construction activities according to priorities and plans.
• Prepare schedules and monitor attendance and production of crews/subcontractors.
• Schedule material quantities and deliveries; determine trucking needs.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met; monitor costs and budget.
