Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial and/or residential grading experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead grading crew(s).
• Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans.
• Monitor costs and ensure project remains within budget.
