Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Senior Grading Foreman for a 30‑year‑old large‑scale construction company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully moving 10k‑30k yards of material per day and possess strong skills in reading plans and demo experience.

Company

30 year old construction company with a diverse client base. They have 26 million in projects on the books for this year focused on construction management, general contracting, turnkey site development and grading projects in San Diego and Riverside County only.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and execute grading tasks on a large scale, moving 10k-30k yards of material daily.
• Interpret and work from construction plans to ensure accurate grading and alignment with project specifications.
• Oversee demolition tasks as required, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinate with team members and other contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all phases of the grading process.

Requirements

Work Hours

Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
