Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to design and implement automated tests for NVIDIA device driver software and SDKs on Windows and Linux, using Python/C/C++. The role emphasizes AI-driven test ideas, data-driven tooling, and high-quality code.

You'll collaborate with multiple teams, review code for performance and reliability, and help improve test coverage across GPU products including DLSS, Frame Generation, and CUDA.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics with strong academics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Python/C/C++ programming with OO concepts.
• Experience developing Python scripts with dictionaries, tuples, RegEx, and Pip.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests incorporating AI technologies for NVIDIA device driver software and SDKs on Windows and Linux.
• Develop automated end-to-end tests for NVIDIA device driver and SDKs on Windows. Run tests, report defects, and improve code coverage.
• Develop tools that bring data-driven insights to development and test workflows.
• Build tools/framework in Python/C/C++ to automate and optimize testing workflows in GPU domain.
• Write maintainable, reliable code and provide peer reviews focusing on performance and correctness.
• Prioritize tasks to meet realistic delivery schedules.
• Generate and test compatibility across a range of products and interfaces.
• Collaborate with leadership to report progress with clear reports.
