Job summary
NVIDIA seeks a Sr. Software Automation and Tools Development Engineer to join the GPU SWQA team in Santa Clara.
You will design and implement automated tests using AI technologies for NVIDIA device drivers and SDKs on Windows and Linux, and build Python tools to accelerate testing workflows. The role requires strong OS fundamentals, experience with AI-driven automation, and collaboration with a fast-paced team to improve test coverage and reliability onsite.
Qualifications
- BS/BE/MS in CS/CE/E&T with strong academics or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of Python programming with OOP concepts.
- Experience with SQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Strong OS fundamentals across Windows/Linux/Unix.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated tests with AI for NVIDIA GPU driver software and SDKs on Windows and Linux.
- Build Python tools to automate testing workflows and drive test automation.
- Develop and run automated and manual tests; analyze results and report defects.
- Measure code coverage and drive improvements.
- Provide peer code reviews and estimate delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to report progress in a fully onsite role.
