You bring 10+ years in software engineering, deep C++, and strong experience with DirectX, Metal, Vulkan or CUDA. You will mentor teams, drive architecture, and deliver high‑performance rendering solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software engineering with depth in GPU/graphics/rendering.
  • Strong expertise in modern C++ in a cross‑platform codebase (Mac/Windows).
  • Experience with multiple APIs (DirectX 12, Metal, Vulkan, CUDA or OpenCL).
  • Knowledge of GPU architecture, shading languages and rendering pipelines.
  • Proven debugging and performance optimization near CPU/GPU boundary.
  • Ability to lead complex cross‑team initiatives to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Own, evolve, and optimize the core GPU rendering platform for real‑time video processing.
  • Drive platform initiatives end‑to‑end across multiple releases.
  • Build shared technology stack and cross‑API abstractions for Windows and Mac.
  • Own rendering performance, stability, and device compatibility across vendors.
  • Collaborate with GPU hardware vendors and internal teams to resolve deep issues.
  • Lead by example with architecture reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring.
  • Prototype next‑gen rendering tech with leadership, incl. shader toolchains.
