Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 12+ yrs hardware design with Bachelor’s (8+ with Master’s, 6+ with PhD).
• Proficiency in EDA tools and PCB layout software.
• Strong power integrity, signal integrity, and thermal design knowledge.
• Familiarity with PCIe and OAM standards; GPU platform testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate electronic components, PCBs, and ICs for GPU hardware platforms.
• Translate platform-level requirements into detailed specifications and ensure adherence.
• Define component placement and trace routing for performance, power, and SI.
• Conduct feasibility studies, layout, tapeout, and platform power-on activities.
• Perform functionality tests and verify platform configurations and compatibility.
• Collaborate with architecture, power, thermal, mechanical, and firmware teams.
• Drive testing, manufacturing, and debugging processes for GPU systems per PCIe and OAM standards.
