Job summary

CoreWeave is the essential cloud for AI. We are building a scalable GPU-focused platform and looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to design, implementation, and testing of our cloud infrastructure.

You will partner with fleet, product, and hardware teams to improve validation and performance testing for our infrastructure powering AI workloads. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of Go and/or Python development, hands-on Kubernetes at production scale, and experience testing hardware.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with production-scale Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain scale testing/validation for CoreWeave’s global infra.
• Develop and improve performance tests and automation for hardware validation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Kubernetes controllers and operators for infra testing.
• Adapt open source tooling to improve visibility into metrics, performance, health.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
