Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior GPU Memory Architect to join our memory architecture team in the United States. You will design and optimize memory systems, work on architecture and micro-architecture, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-performance GPUs for AI, gaming, and autonomous platforms.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in GPU/CPU memory architecture, strong modeling skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
6+ years in GPU/CPU architecture, memory caching and interconnects.
Strong communication and mentoring skills in a dynamic, product-oriented team.

Responsibilities

Develop architecture and micro-architecture to improve GPU memory systems, optimizing performance, power, area and schedule.
Participate in performance simulations to improve memory access efficiency.
Implement and maintain high-level functional and performance models.
Analyze benchmarks and workloads to identify microarchitectural optimizations.
Create architectural specifications and collaborate with industry partners on software interfaces to the GPU.
Debug performance and functional issues across models, RTL, and silicon.
