Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking senior engineers to lead designs, raise engineering standards, and improve latency, throughput, and reliability across services. You will partner with fleet, product, and hardware teams to evolve our GPU performance testing platform for a reliable customer experience.

Responsibilities include building Kubernetes-native controllers, scalable backend services, and performance tests across the CoreWeave fleet, with on-call duties and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in distributed systems or related field.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python software development.
• Hands-on experience writing Kubernetes operators/controllers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scale-out testing and validation solutions for CoreWeave’s global infrastructure.
• Design and develop Kubernetes-native controllers and operators to automate infrastructure workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs (gRPC/REST) in Go or Python.
• Develop performance tests and automation to validate hardware across the CoreWeave fleet.
• Write and maintain Kubernetes custom controllers and operators for automation.
• Extend open source tooling to improve system metrics, performance, and health.
• Contribute to on-call rotation.
