Oracle Corporation in Austin, TX seeks a Principal GPU Demand Planner to drive long-range forecasting for datacenter capacity, integrating BI, AI/ML insights, and supply chain data. You will map customer requirements to GPU infrastructure and coordinate with product, engineering, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities include building end-to-end demand models, generating scenarios, and leading strategic planning with senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields.
• 7+ years in large-scale AI/ML datacenter capacity planning and project management.
• Extensive experience in developing demand plans and forecasts for new and existing products.
• Understand impact of revenue goals, customer usage, overhead and buffer, data center space and power availability on capacity management.
• Experienced with forecasting and demand planning for server storage and networking.
• Advanced in Excel modeling and building complex forecasting models with multiple inputs to drive recommendations and decisions.
• Experienced with infrastructure hardware, memory, CPU, JBoDs, servers, etc. Read and interpret product BOM and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, iterate, and maintain end-to-end long-range demand planning models at the customer, initiative, SKU, and geo level.
• Build demand plans based on strategic goals, business trends, and inputs from stakeholders.
• Socialize demand plans with senior leaders in capacity planning and operations, supply chain, engineering, customer management, and finance.
• Identify demand forecast risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate balance between long-range planning and short-term execution.
• Collaborate with product management to understand product lifecycle and its forecasting impact.
• Provide inputs and analysis of demand data to management, finance, and operations for S&OP processes.
• Develop routine and ad-hoc demand analyses and reports for senior management.
• Maintain demand planning review processes to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead AI/ML datacenter capacity planning and multi-billion-dollar infrastructure deals.
