Job summary

San Francisco Compute is seeking a Deployment Project Manager for the Compute Deals team. You will own post-deal execution, standing up GPU clusters, bring-up, validation, and customer go-live, coordinating with Engineering and GTM to ensure a smooth deployment.

Responsibilities include managing multiple deployments, driving handoffs from deal teams, and maintaining vigilant project tracking and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program or project management.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs over months.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; credible with hardware engineers and deal leads.
• High ownership and bias to action; comfortable escalating early.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional and customer communication across Compute Deal Lead, Engineering, and GTM.
• Own internal/external partner communications for active deployments; align on status and next steps.
• Run recurring deployment reporting, blockers, and milestones; build dashboards and trackers.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment from contract handoff to go-live and handoffs between deal and deployment teams.
• Read Bills of Materials and validate rack configurations and network topology with Engineering.
