Job summary

Radian Arc seeks a hands-on Datacenter Deployment and Platform Operations engineer to install, validate, operate, and maintain GPU cloud deployments across datacenter environments. You will bridge infrastructure, datacenter operations, networking, host systems, storage, and platform operations to transform validated architectures into production readiness.

Qualifications

Experience deploying and maintaining datacenter infrastructure.
Experience with GPU servers, HPC, AI cloud environments.
Strong Linux troubleshooting and networking skills.

Responsibilities

Datacenter deployment and commissioning: coordinate physical deployment with providers, validate rack layouts, power, airflow, cable paths, and labeling.
Host and hardware bring-up: bring up GPU servers and platform infrastructure, validate BIOS/firmware, configure BMC, ensure GPU visibility and health.
Network deployment support: validate OOB, north-south, storage and east-west networks, work with networking on switch configurations, BGP/ECMP/VLAN/VRF as applicable.
Platform stack installation and validation: install OS and drivers, validate container runtimes, store integration, and Kubernetes/KubeVirt deployments.
Operational maintenance and Day-2 support: perform firmware upgrades, troubleshooting, runbooks, and handover to operations.
Platform observability and validation: ensure telemetry, dashboards, health checks, and performance baselines are in place.
